Family Systems Theory
Seeing the person within the web of their relationships.
Family Systems Theory understands that we don’t exist in isolation — we’re shaped by, and shape, the relationships around us. A change in one part of the system ripples through the whole.
Rather than locating ‘the problem’ in one person, we explore the patterns between people: roles, boundaries and cycles of interaction. This shifts the focus from blame toward shared understanding and change that lasts.
Best suited for
Families and couples navigating conflict, roles and recurring patterns at home.
