Information we collect

We collect personal information you provide — such as your name, contact details, date of birth, emergency contact, and the health and wellbeing information shared in your intake form and sessions — so we can provide safe, appropriate care.

How we use your information

Your information is used to deliver counselling services, manage appointments and payments, and meet our professional and legal obligations. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Disclosure

We keep your information confidential. We only disclose it where you consent, where required or authorised by law, or where there is a serious risk to your safety or the safety of others.

Storage & security

Records are stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Payments are processed by Stripe and emails are sent via encrypted SMTP; we never store your full card details.

Access, correction & retention

You may request access to, or correction of, your information at any time. Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 7 years after your last contact, as required, then securely destroyed.
