How I can help
I work primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and a systemic lens — helping you understand the deeper attachment needs driving conflict, so you can respond to each other with empathy instead of defensiveness.
Common questions
What if my partner is hesitant to come?
That’s very common. Many partners feel unsure at first. The first session is simply about understanding both perspectives — there’s no blame, and no pressure.
Do you take sides?
No. My role is to support the relationship, holding space for both of you so each partner feels equally heard and understood.
